Andrea Bishop
Playspace Co-ordinator
As a mum of two girls and a long-time member of Edge Church for more than 20 years, I’m passionate about creating a warm, welcoming space where families can connect, feel supported, and grow together. I’ve lived locally in Claremont for many years, and I love being part of a community that values genuine relationships and cares deeply for one another.
During the week, I also work as a Teacher’s Aide, which gives me a wonderful opportunity to support children in their learning and development. I bring that same heart for encouragement, patience, and belonging into our playgroup each week. My hope is that every family who walks through our doors feels seen, valued, and uplifted. I love God, I love this community, and I’m excited to walk alongside families as we journey together.
Kaye Paice
Volunteer Assistant Minister
The Reverend Kaye Paice was ordained in 2006 and served in the parish of Brighton until she joined the Edge team in 2012. Kaye is a former executive officer in administration at the education department.
Kaye has a passion to care for people and to see them come to a full understanding of God’s love through Jesus. Kaye heads up our pastoral care ministry to the nursing homes in Claremont and looks after our Wednesday morning congregation.
Christina Campton
Volunteer Assistant Minister
Christina met Paul whilst studying at UTas. Marriage, degrees, 4 children, 11 grandchildren and ordination later, they still enjoy life and sharing faith together. Christina appreciates being part of the Edge team, exploring/sharing God’s calling amongst the beautiful community she loves. She instigated Shalom services on the last Wednesday of the month, which focus on the health, healing and wholeness of life that Jesus offers. Christina delights in God’s gifts of creation, creativity and beauty – especially poetry, birds and mice!
